2021 E11EVEN FRUIT SALAD

LAST CALL! This amazingly delicious White Blend is a co-fermentation of 35% Chenin Blanc, 25% Riesling, 25% Malvasia, and 15% Sauvignon Blanc (literally a fruit salad). It is Fresh, lively, thirst-quenching, and lip smacking good! Our goal for this wine was to intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process - we employed native yeast fermentation, nothing was added or taken away and bottled without fining. Fruit Salad is summertime in a glass: with notes of perfumed citrus blossom, jasmine, salty ocean air, stone fruit, and limestone. The 1-liter growler bottle (you get 25% more wine than an average bottle) makes popping, pouring, saving, and reusing easy! Best when enjoyed outdoors on a warm day in at park or at the beach. Try with spicy ramen, Thai coconut dishes or fresh oysters.
